MyProtein Impact Diet Whey is a tasty multi-ingredient protein suitable for the diet, which is enriched with active ingredients that support weight loss (green tea extract, choline, L-glutamine and CLA). Diet Whey promotes fat-free muscle growth, prevents catabolism and speeds up metabolism, thereby promoting fat burning. Each dose contains up to 37 g of high quality protein without unnecessary fats and carbohydrates. The added mixture of digestive enzymes Digezyme® ensures trouble-free digestion of protein and maximum utilization of nutrients. Choline contributes to proper fat metabolism and glutamine promotes muscle regeneration. CLA stimulates the breakdown and burning of fats, thus helping to lose weight. Carbohydrates are present in the form of slowly releasing oatmeal and inulin fiber, which ensures a long-term feeling of satiety. The protein mixture consists of whey concentrate, whey isolate and milk isolate, which increase protein synthesis and accelerate regeneration.

Recommended dosage:
Mix 1 dose (2 hilly scoops = 60 g) in 250 to 300 ml of water or milk and use throughout the day. During the diet, mix only with water to prevent the intake of excess calories in milk.
