The electronic components of Light4Me Sweeper Bar 10 x 15 are enclosed in a solid metal housing painted black. At the bottom of the bar there are legs allowing it to work in a standing position, and handles allowing the bar to be installed on stage trusses and lighting ramps. DMX and RDM control – feature of two-way communication

Individual features of the device can be operated using controllers supporting the standard DMX protocol, as well as through the RDM (Remote Device Management). This second control mode offers an enhancement to the DMX protocol by adding two-way communication between lighting controllers and connected RDM-compatible devices. This can be achieved using standard DMX512 cables. The RDM protocol allows for two-way communication, which provides many benefits and is especially useful for remote address setting and other functions.

Easy-to-read display and four operation modes

The bottom of the device contains everything needed to connect power and operation: powercon power sockets (including the powercon power linking output, allowing for voltage to be transferred directly from device to device) and 3-pin XLR sockets for operating the appliance using the DMX protocol. The built-in control panel with a digital display and four buttons allows you to manually set the operation parameters of the LED bar or select one of four operation modes:

• Auto, in which the linear LED floodlight operates stand-alone based on built-in lighting programs;
• Sound, in which the bar uses a very sensitive microphone built into the body of the housing and synchronizes lighting effects with the rhythm of music coming from the surroundings;
• Master/slave, when several illuminators are connected to each other via DMX sockets and cables to create sets of devices that operate identically;
• DMX,when external desktops and lighting controllers are used to control a single LED illuminator or a group of devices.
