It supports the growth of muscle mass, improves strength, dynamics, and physical performance. At the same time, creatine also acts as an antioxidant that protects cells from damage by free radicals. It occurs naturally - mainly in muscles, especially red meat and fish, which is why it’s required by vegans and vegetarians. The human body has the ability to synthesize creatine only if the amino acids arginine, methionine, and glycine are present in a sufficient amount.

It is ideal for explosive sports (bodybuilding, weightlifting, CrossFit ...) for overall strength and speed. Sufficient levels of creatine help to maintain the optimal concentration of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), in the form of creatine phosphate, which is used after depletion of glycogen reserves for muscle work.
