This feature can measure the effectiveness of the ratio of stride length and vertical oscillation when running in order to increase the efficiency of your run.

The Stress Score allows the watch to monitor physiological changes (based on monitoring pulse variability), which may indicate an increase in body fatigue. Excessive fatigue of the body can lead to injuries that affect the resulting (maximum) running pace. The function is available after connecting a compatible HRM-Premium / HRM-Run or HRM-Tri heart rate monitor.

The highly sensitive GPS / GLONASS receiver with the support of the GALILEO system provides reliable information on distance, tempo / speed, time, altitude and other values even in more demanding conditions (in the mountains, near trees, buildings ...).

The Quatix® 6 watches is equipped with a pre-installed worldwide database of more than 40,000 golf courses, including Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

A higher number means that you are ready to be active, while a lower number indicates that you would need to relax and get some rest before your workout.

The watches records your every step during the day. The display shows the current number of steps, how many steps are left to achieve your daily goal and the calories burned.
