Fin hjemmeside med stort udvalg, og varen blev leveret inden for en uge så lidt lang leverings tid. Det var lidt frustrerende at der ikke kom nogen opdatering på pakken i 3 dage på courier tracking, var ved at tro at pakken var bort kommet.

I ordered from and with shipping to Denmark and I was a bit unsure, because I had read about people recommending local stores and being generally uncertain about what to expect from a store based further away. All I can say is that my experience was flawless from start to finish. Easy and clear instructions about both the order and shipping. Overall better prices than in Scandinavia. Also much faster shipping (even faster than Muziker itself thought it would be!) - compared to similar music stores in Northern Europe. Plus the shipping costs were 1/3 of the Danish ones. And the shipping company helped with carrying my piano and accessories all the way up to my apartment! That would never happen with regular shipping methods in Denmark. So definitely a great and unexpected experience! If you ever doubt shopping with Muziker, don’t.

A good service and better prices!

Had to return one product, but returned some plastic from the other product I wanted to keep. Despite the mistakes on my part they organized the return and resendind the plastic parts with the new product I ordered instead, super service!

I was in doubt whether the product was secondhand. That maybe improvable on the website. I asked in the chat, and got a prompt and correct answer. That was great!

The order quickly treated and quick delivery as well. Nothing at all to complain about.

Hurtig respons på at en vare var i restordre uden tidshorisont. De spurgte om jeg ville annullere hele ordren eller kun den del der var i rest og få pengene tilbage. Da jeg valgte pengene tilbage på varen der ikke kunne leveres gik der ret kort tid før beskeden lød på at de nu var betalt tilbage. Virkeligt fedt!
